House Blend Cafe
Overview
House Blend Cafe is an established coffee shop and counter-service restaurant located in Ocoee, Florida. Giving back to the community is deeply ingrained in the company's heritage, as they donate 100% of their net profit to community organizations seeking to "do good." I worked at this cafe for several years and am in charge of managing the cafe's online presence.

Though the business was deeply impacted by coronavirus shutdowns, a community member reached out to them wanting to help organize meal donations to local medical workers.
Process
A donation page was created on the cafe's website specifically for this campaign. Then, I created all marketing materials including graphics, email newsletters, and social media posts (samples are shown above). The donation page was promoted on Facebook, Instagram, and the cafe's email list. The campaign was also shared in local Facebook groups as well.

Outcome
Regular campaign promotion created community momentum, which made even more people want to be involved. By the end of this campaign, the cafe delivered 350 meals to local medical facilities over a four-week time span. The campaign was also featured in the local newspaper.
