With a decade of experience working at Walt Disney World and 16 years in the Central Florida area, I tell the story of your destination or event to encourage bookings, increase reservations, and provide value that keeps your customers returning for repeat bookings. I’ve partnered with a wide range of companies, such as travel agencies, digital marketing agencies, local non-profit organizations, web designers, and Disney-related publications.

About Me

Not many people can say they found their dream job when they were 20. For me, it was just the beginning.

In the summer of 2009, I waved goodbye to my hometown of Bethlehem, PA, to participate in the Disney College Program as a Character Performer. Not long into my seven-month internship, I realized Florida was the place I was meant to be. I decided to continue working at Disney, finish my college degree, and become an official Florida resident. A few weeks after making my permanent move, I met my husband (who was also a Disney College Program intern). Two years later, I switched roles and became a Fairy-Godmother-in-Training at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique inside Cinderella Castle. I worked seasonally there until the pandemic layoffs of 2020.

The flexibility of my seasonal role with the company allowed me to pursue other job interests while continuing to work at Disney. In 2014, my husband and I began working full-time for our friend’s mission-based eatery (House Blend Cafe) and its sister non-profit (Do Good Farm) in the West Orange County area of Orlando. Both businesses had little online presence at the time, and I took on the challenge of ramping up their digital marketing efforts. After helping implement a consistent email marketing strategy, the business’ received increased traffic and fundraising event registrations.

I began offering freelance content writing and email marketing services in the winter of 2019, desiring to create a business that would offer a flexible work-from-home option to balance family and work life. I have been freelancing full-time since 2020 and anticipate many more years to come!

Family and Fun

Whether we spend the day at the beach, kayak through crystal clear springs, visit theme parks, hang out with family, volunteer, or enjoy local playgrounds with our children, we live full lives that take advantage of everything this beautiful state offers. When we’re not out and about, one of our favorite things to do is to sit on our tree swing overlooking the mature live oaks in our yard.

One of the best things about living in Florida is that you attract others to call it home, too! Though I moved here without family or friends in the area, we have built a wonderful community over the past 14 years. Also, my entire immediate family now calls Central Florida home! My brother, his fiancé, and their young daughter live in Tampa, my Mom sells real estate in the Villages, my sister attends Embry-Riddle and plays basketball, and my Dad and stepmom recently moved to the area.

Some fun facts about me:

I am a huge musical theater fan and can recite the entire soundtrack of several Broadway musicals.
I’m a wife and a mom to two beautiful girls under the age of five, who I refer to as my “forever princesses.”
My favorite Disney movie is The Princess and the Frog.
